The new Apex 50

09 Apex ATVA legal 50
We just got our Apex 50 Pro Mx quad that is ATVA legal. Any one else have one and if so what is your impression. We have yet to run it, It just came off the truck from Hetricks. I am just looking for others insights as I am now in a learning curve. I cant wait for my son to see it, he said he's going to sleep on it when I bring it home. We have to break it in, pimp it out, and get it set up for him, I will post some pics soon.

sorry the quality sucks, but the look on his face says it all. This is the quad brandy new, wont look like this long. I'm so mean, I told him he cant ride it until I put the sick graphics on it that Ernie at FTR made for it.

The last article I read said that this new law was granted a stay Until 2010. Apex has or is currently been submitting for all the tests required. This was not an issue in me puchasing this new quad. Yes I sat down with him and had a long talk and told him that if I ever catch him chewing on his quad, the only thing he will be racing is a Big Wheel!!
Now I have to add a couple more pics with Ernie at FTR's new graphics. He loves it.

I live in the central new york area, we plan on running mostly District 3 races, but my son is going to be at Unadilla for the ATVA National weekend in June. It will be his first National race, so we will see how he does, if he does good, we may take down to Steel City in the fall.

MY SON TOOK 2 FIRST PLACE TROPHIES AND A SECOND PLACE ONE. PUT ABOUT 150 PRACTICES AND RACES ON THIS APEX MXR 50CC QUAD REPLACED 1 CHAIN, DRIVE SPRING, 2 BELTS AND PLUGS. I THINK THATS PRETTY GOOD CONSIDERING ALL THE BAD PRESS OUT THERE.

Thanks to all for the props on the kids new quad. Sad to say that it still looks like that, it has either rained or snowed every day since he got it. We had over 3" snow yesterday morning. He is a very patient little guy. He will be ripping it up soon enough. Oh, yea Ernie is the man!!!
