Hotseat Powersports still in business?

I ordered an NGK wire kit and a RPM bearing carrier for my DS450 from hotseat powersports a couple days ago and have been trying to call to see when the stuff would ship, nobody has answered or replied to any messages. My card has already been charged even though the order still has a status of processing. Is hotseat still running? If not, where else can I get the NGK wire kit?

We've been having problems with the phone line lately, so sorry about that. I believe that the system is showing the NGK cables are on back order right now. I will try to make sure someone contacts you tomorrow.
