Those are sun glare spots. There are typicall scratches, but no white areas from a bend, like you would see on the front fender of a MX bike.

Overall this thing is in great shape. Stronger than I remember the 400EX's being. Havent been on one in years.

I think I may be meeting a guy in Idaho Springs tomorrow. I'll let everyone know if it is sold or not.

The guy who I was going to meet in Idaho Springs bailed. Wife got into a car accident...
