i just recently sold my yfz. it was pretty built roll, elka, sparks.
the other day my daughter told me she didnt want to ride anymore. getting older i guess(18). so i went from sharing her ltr this year to having it to do what i want. it is a very nice quad
but the suspension is all stock, just put it all on from a brand new 08. it is a very diff quad then my yama and i d ont know if i should dump some money into the suspension or just sell it and get a new yfzr.
lets hear those opinons know this board is full of them
hears the ltr im working with

yes i would go for aftermarket suspension. the new yfzr leaves a ton to be desired. the new frame design is a little shady so i would wait a year or two before you buy a yfzr after they finally get it right,

Throw some walsh/fox on that thing and ride! It would be waay better than a yfzr

yeah i was sort of leaning towards some suspension for the ltr
but i just dont like it its very different from my old yfz.
the position your in and it turns very diff rode it a cpl times last season and could not get used to it. love the new yfzr and have always been a yama guy

you better stick with the ltr for now, a friend of mine has a new yfzr and is having a few problems with it. might want to wait til they get all the bugs out of it.
