And believe i have received the wrong one. I ordered a TRX300ex a carrier with the march savings code and it will not fully go on. axle I tried it on a 450r axle and it went on but was not centered, So i believe it must be for another quad. Let me know if you need any measurements to verify this.
Thanx

See what letter is engraved into your carrier, and they should be able to tell you right away :macho

No that's actually the model. Like each model quad that has a different carrier has a different letter on it. They'll let you know then :)

B is the carrier for a 300EX. Do you mean the axle won't go in the whole way or the carrier won't go in the swingarm the whole way?

The 300ex axle will not go into the carrier fully. I am leaving for a cruise today, so ya. I am trying to put a 450r axle in my 300ex. I have a friend that did it and it bolted in, no modifications. The 450r axle fits in the carrier all right but spacers would be needed for it to be centered and for the axle nut to tighten. The 300ex axle does not go in completely. I can still see the surface were the seals should be setting. Is there anyway it could have been mis-marked? Let me know what you think of what could be the problem, Thanx jesse

No it couldn't have been mismarked or all the 300ex carriers would be wrong. Can you post a picture of it?

the axle with the sprocket is a 300ex axle and the other one is a 450r axle

There are numbers on the side of the seal like 50 x 62 x 35. Check to see what they are. I believe the carrier has the wrong seals in it.

The ones in mine are the same as stock 52 62 7

Those are the right seals. I'm at a loss for words now.what is the axle resting against to not allow it to go in the whole way?

If the 450R axle slides in and the seal rides on it correctly than something is up with your 300ex axle. I don't know for sure but thats all that makes sense at this point let me know what you come up with or what you think of this suggestion.
