They just posted this site, it has a live cam feed from the river near where I live. The walleyes are just starting to come up river and the sturgeon are still alittle while out yet. Pretty cool to watch, I have seen a few walleyes and a couple sheephead.

I also posted this in the Hunting/Fishing section but thought it might get more views here.

Ive personally seen them easily over 6' long. My buddy speared on this winter that was 69 lbs. and 70" long.

EDIT: They said they are still working on a light system for at night so the cam will only work during the day for now.

Now i know that at least around here, sheephead are saltwater fish. Walleye are freshwater fish....how does the river have both? Thats really cool i wish they had one of those around here. I live on the water and my dad is a commercial fisherman, so i do alot of fishing haha. Mostly speckled trout, red drum , sheephead, stuff like that. I caught 3 trout last year that weighed over 10 pounds....two of them being in the same day (thats big for speckled trout around here)

Sheephead around here are considered a "junk" fish, along with the carp, sucker, dogfish, mudpuppy, and many others. One day last year on the river between me and one of my buddies we hooked into 13 different species of fish.
