what kind of pipe is this???

i just baught a 300ex and it has a pipe where the back is blocked off and the exhaust comes out of slats in the side. it doesnt have an emblem(it fell off or something)...what kind of pipe is it and how does it work?

thanks guys. its a white brothers, i recognize the shape of where the logo used to be. i think it is some kind of e-series. pic tomorrow. how does it work? it seems like not enought exhaust would be able to escape or something?

Its back pressure, you can take out the end cap for more gain or add discs to it...

what will make it run the best? with or without end cap? right now it has the endcap on and it runs decent

I would take it off and try it, then if its not better add more plates, you may have to richen the jetting to get optimal power...
