View Full Version : Went to visit TC Racing!

Just wanted to let everyone know that friday i took a trip up to Warren, PA to visit TC Racing. Talked to Tom for about 2 1/2 hours. Hes really a great guy to talk to and get info from. Just figured ide let ya guys know how great of a guy he is. Oh and chad i saw your engine sittin up there. Thing looks BAD@$$ if that was your engine that is. Got to check out everyone nut and Bolt on Gusts quad as it was sittin up there on a stand. Its not a very big place, at all. In fact its a tiny shop, But ide have to say he has some of the best products comin out of it.

His site is up but he is still workin on more pages. But it atleast works.
You would NEVER know it was TC Racing if there wasnt a HUGE TC Racing/K&K ATV Trailor sitting there.

You got that right. The shop is much smaller than you could even think. I drove right past it the first time I went up there over 4 years ago!

yeah its very small. Must be that the best minds work in confines places. They say Baldwin is a very small shop too.

Damned Tom Carlson,,,,he has been telling me for 2 weeks, Im fixing to send it, Im fixing to send it,,,,whats he just got it sitting up there!!

It was sitting in a box, looked to be ready to ship. But he had like 30 other boxes as well getting ready to ship. I also saw that Dana Creech had his engine up there. It was pretty wild sitting and talking with who i believe to be the best 4 stroke builder in the country!

Well I just got off the phone with Tom and he promises me its going out today!! he said he was glad I called because he forgot to throw my throttle cable in the box! He is going to send me a new jet for the carb that he said should work better! he is sending it all FREE,,,man he is a great guy!!!

Chad,,,extremeracer forgot to mention to you that he was fondling your motor and knocked it off the shelf...Tom's gonna have it for another 2 months..:eek: LMFAO

Yeah Tom is really a great guy. He seemed kinda cocky on the phone, but in person, hes SUPER nice!

Toms the kind of guy when you first talk to him you think he is an arse, but then when you get to know him he is a super nice guy!!! And the motor he built for me is geared up for some arse kickin!:)

Tom seems like a really nice guy on the phone and at the track when I have seen/talked to him. I can't wait to have my Motor work done.

Tom told me "Chad Im sending it to you free of charge, but please when you hear rattling in the motor shut it down, dont keep riding it!!! Then he laughed!!! he said that noise was because the head gasket, after riding a while with it blown was blown to smitherines(sp) and the head was clapping!! Its amazing that even with a destroyed head gasket the bike still pulled like an OX even though I knew it lost quite a bit of power!!! I was beating stock Raptors in the sand without a head gasket at all!!!
