stock or CV4 Silicone radiator hose

My upper hose has a weak spot, is the stock hoses just fine, or are the silicone CV4 worth the money, is there any other option?

I really like my CV4 hoses. They are much stronger than stock and I like that you can get them in different colors. I've had mine for going on 4yrs now and no problems.
