Does anyone know what the comparison is in sprockets like front to back. Like is changing the front sprocket up one tooth the same as changing the back down 2 teeth.
THANKS

It's actually; up 1 in the front is down 2&1/4 or 2&3/4 in the rear or some B.S. like that but you can say 2 or 3. lol :D

14/38 = .3684 = stock
Lower gearing
13/38 = .3421
14/40 = .35 (up 2 in the rear)
14/41 = .3414 (up 3 in the rear)
Taller gearing
15/38 = .3947
14/36 = .3888 (down 2 in the rear)
14/35 = .4 (down 3 in the rear)
1 tooth in the front is like 2-1/2 in the rear. I think on dirt bikes (larger back sprocket) it really is closer to 1:3
