What year is this suzuki

hey this guy on craigslist has a quadmaster 500 he says its a 03 but i do not believe its a 03 model i think hes trying to get over on somebody, can anybody clear this up, i know this is the wrong forum but i didnt kno which one to post it on

looks to be around that yr, i looked at a 01 i think it was similar

yea but i think in 02 or something like that they stopped calling them quadmasters and called them vincents or something like that

I looked on here and theres no quadmasters for 03 but im not sure how true this website is

I wouldnt go jumping the guys ***, i mean if they changed over in 01 or 02 and he bought it in 03 left over or something he might be under the impression its a 03, if your really concerned id email him and ask on the paper work what yr does it say....im sure anyone selling a titled machine isnt going to sell a 97 as a 03 or anything of that sort....when you can merely see the yr on the title

agreed...i wont gonna go jumping his case, i just wanted to see what it was bc i was under the impression they stopped callin them quadmasters in 2002 or 03 and started calling them vincents....hes only askin 25 for it so i wont expecting a brand new quad...

nother question, hows the reliability on those bikes and is it worth 2500?
