Ride Height

For those of you that have ride height adjustable front shocks (specifically Elkas), how tall are you running, and what type of riding do you do? What's the advantage to running high or low?

the higher you are the better ground clearence you have and the faster you can go in a straight line (baja) the lower you are the faster you can turn and corner (mx). I have TCS shocks and i try to run 7" at the pegs with me standing on them, and 10" in front of the pegs i try to be at 7.5".
