Pic edit help

What's a good program to change colors on pics? Like change the yellow plastic to green or something. Also how do you do it in the program?

Adobe Photoshop Elements is pretty good once you get used to it. You use the magnetic lasso (sp) tool and outline the fenders. Then you go to color change and pick color.
