curtis sparks exhaust

i have a 300ex with a curtis sparks exhaust. i put a bigger main jet in it and it still stalls out when u push the gas all the way down. do i need to put a bigger main jet in it if anybody could help me, it would be greatly appreciated, thanks

that or you need a bigger pilot jet or a k and n air filter

the jet you put it may be too big. sounds to me like it is getting too much fuel. take your air box lid off and see if it gets better. if so, drop a size or two on the main. also, if you haven't already, go up a size or two on the pilot jet. it will make starting much easier.

well i dont have an airbox i took it off, and i ahve a k & n on it and i already put a bigger jet in it and it was too small so i drilled it out to about a 140, 145 now and now it doesnt do it anymore
