do a search....you'll find a boat load of information on pipes....and what kind of ridding are you planning on doing?

HMF. my friend has a Cannibal and he said it made it a whole different bike. i know that's a Cannibal but i bet it would still sound good on a 400EX. it sounded awesome!

I have a WB (thats for sale) and I think it is top notch. My friend has an HMF, and Im really impressed with the quality and sound. Not to loud just perfect sound. Good torque increase through mid.
My White Brothers is for sale if interested.

How does the picture change when you modify and need to move to a full system?????

Yoshimura / HMF / Sparks..

I have heard Full system HMF is a great low mid system......is it best...?

Honestly I don't think there's a best out there,,all setups differ in their own little way. Is a Full system HMF good,,,,I'd say heck yeah..I'd run the mofo on mine but I bought my full system before HMF started sellin 400ex pipes. There's alot of good pipes out there. Buy what meets your budget you'll be happy,,just no junk pipes. If you don't know what's junk I guess ask,,I don't wanna hurt anybodies feelings..:D

Most of the slip ons will give small changes in power, but the only slip on that makes a big differance is the TC. It is expensive and for a little more money you can buy a full system that is even better from someone like Sparks.

I ran a WB R4 it was not that bad, but had a flat spot at 6,000 rpms and was very loud. I now have use a WB E-Series slip on with an open air box and 160 main and a twin air. It goes well in trails

I am very happy with my Yoshi Slip on and I have a FMF Powerbomb Header sitting in my garage right now. I would buy the Yoshimura again.

The White bros. E-Series was tested with the biggest horsepower gains and the CT pipe was a very close second. The White Brothers E-Series also has the best flexibility for adjusting a good balance between power and sound.
