i am looking in to getting a hood for my 250r but can i put one on maier Plastics my front is all one Plastic

Any stock hood will fit, you just have to drill some holes and bolt it on top.

if you find a nice quad tech in good condition, i believe i would just buy new fenders before i drill holes in it..there getting rare now and if you want carbon fiber,check out fourwerx new hoods..their real nice and much cheaper money wise.
