i have a 416, JE piston 10:1, hot cam stg II. its been sitting up a while. cleaned carb but no help. compression is only @100. this is low for the 416 i believe. what all is needed to get compression back up, maybe just new rings? any help please.

hone and rings if the cylinder is alright. you shouldn't just put rings in since they won't seat right. steve
