Extra money worth it?

I have been debating on what full exhasut i should get for my 416. Its been between Sparks and HMF. I really want a good exhaust but come'on is $100 dollars really going to give me a good gain in power? I am stuck dont want to cheap it but just dont now if the $100 bucks is worth 1/2 a HP.

On a stock 400ex the full system only made a around a half horse power more than the slip on. But... since you have a 416 and most likely a better cam allowing more air to exit that 1/2HP would easily be more gained.

You guys dont get it I am asking if sparks exhaust really makes that much more power than an hmf i.e. making it worth $100 more. I am getting a full system regardless. THanks tho.

If it was my money and had the extra 100 i would go with a full sparks..is the 1/2 worth it? Sure..

i have to suggest the HMF. i have tried a lot of pipes and i didnt notice any power incease at all with the sparks. i have 3 hmf full systems and love them. and on top of that the guys up at HMF are so willing to help if you ever have problems. one guy even gave me his personal cell number and told me if i ever need anything or have a problem to call him direct. great service and awesome pipes....in my opinion it doesn't get much better than that. save the $100 and spend it on something else

hmf or ct racing. sparks is over rated i think.

sparks will give you the absolute most power.. will you notice it over the HMF?... maybe maybe not. i'd say go for it on the sparks. however, i will add to the HMF customer service. it doesn't get much better.

if you have the extra $100 the sparks is deffinately worth it but hmf does make a good pipe too.

If i had money right now i would take off my e-series pro meg and get a sparks x6
