i think you could bend the metal out do you can put the wire back in and then bend it back so holds it nice and tight. It should work not positive or ou could find another type of connector and use that to connect the wire to the battery

get a conector that makes a circle thn put the cable in it clamp down and put it under the srew or get a new peice of wire

I had the same thing happen on my Z400. I heated the connector to melt the solder, bent it open, crimped the wire back into the connector, than soldered it.
