I am going to put a new top end on my R after this summer, I am leaning towards the CT 350 pv for 1450.00 but it says the 330 is reliable for long rides. is the 350 as reliable. I run a 4 gal tank and will ripp threw all of it at the dunes only takeing a few breaks, I also ride some trails at home thats why I was thinking pv. I looked in to Duncans pc2000 cylinder and quit pricey, any thoughts.

there pretty much both the same, you can ride either one as long as you want. I would say theres not much difference in the power between the two but the piston would weigh less in a 330 so it would feel more like a 2-stroke instead of a 4-stroke.

CT Racings reliability record is legendary! I wouldn't worry about any differences between the two kits as far as longevity!

I cant imagine that the 330 is just as fast as the 350

i never said that the 330 is faster. but i bet the 350 wont blow it out of the water either. but imo the smaller the bore the more high revving high strung 2-stroke feel it has. the bigger the bore the more heavy slow revving 4-stroke feel it has.

I will vouch for CT Racing's reliability since I currently run a CT 350 and have been on the same top end since 2005 . Mind you, I ride it all year round here in Cali in both dunes and desert. Though as a preventive maintenance, I did replace the CB bearing and clutch once ever since:D

both ways sound good to me... i would agree with honda 250r 001 about the 330 being the more peppy one... your gonna be able to lug the 350 more...
