i just got my 350x motor (wiring, exhaust, oil cooler, all oil lines, Carb, and the intake boots) for $900. I am going to be intsalling it this weekend and cant wait to fire it up. Does anyone know how this will compare to other quads? i mostly ride with other 300ex's, a few 400ex's, a bunch of blasters, warriors, and banshees. I cant wait to race these quads again, because they dont know about the motor swap taking place this weekend :D

you dont need a motor mount kit...atleast i didnt...just grind a little off the top oil bolt and cut 1 3/4 off where the frame bolts onto the motor...(cut it off the motor) on the top,back left mount

i didnt buy them, i made them. I had extra motor mounts, so i did some filing, cutting, welding and they fit perfect, and are strong as can be. I even had my dad powdercoat them yellow to match my frame. but answer my above question, about how quick its gonna be? thanks

aw i dunno im guessing between a warrior and stock 400 power output...really close to 400's top speed is what im guessing...mine should be goin in no more than 2 weeks

I know a 350x is faster then a 400ex by a little bit but that has to to with weight a lot. I dont think it will beat a 400ex in a 300ex frame, but it wont be to far behind. Also it should be a lot faster then the 300ex. Good luck!

well im going to be putting on an exhaust, KN filter, its got a 39mm flatslide carb thats jetted, and im looking into getting a 3 angle valve job and a cam. So im hopin to keep up with, if not beet some 400ex's thanks guys
