leatt or evs

I'm going to buy a neck brace and I was wondering what everyone's opinions were on the leatt adventure and the evs evolution.

I've had both, the the evs isnt very comfortable to me. I would stick with the leatt

I have heard the Leatt is more comfortable than the EVS...i've worn the Leatt and you cant really tell its there until you try looking back...

I was talking to someone that works in rehab for people after they break bones, etc...he was telling me that if you did crash and your head bends backwards, the Leatt puts all the pressure right under your neck on your spine which could cause injury, and the EVS, in the same situation puts all the pressure across your shoulders and spine, not just your spine

i like the evs but havent worn a leatte but ya like warnerade said they could be more dangerous then good

leatt, i have not rode with mine yet but it is definitely comfortable. My neck still kills me from my first crash at the mx track over a month and a half ago, i wish i had a leatt then:ermm: maybe my neck wouldnt hurt so bad.

i just got a leatt and rode with it for the first time at breezewood this weekend and i couldnt even tell it was on. i dont like the evs. i feels to me that i am wearing 2 chest protector. i would get the leatt

Leatt is adjustable, the EVS isn't. That's why I went with the Leatt and I've never looked back:D

I've decided to get the leatt after I tried my brother's evs on. It was very uncomfortable.
