I have had this quad for over 2 years and had tons of fun with it. But its time to sell because i bought another trx250r and cant keep both. I have all recipets for the complete rebuild. Here is a list of stuff that has been done in the last 3 years.
Polished ITP rims
Holeshot MX front tires
Holeshot MXR rear tires
Moose rear breake rotor
New rear brake pads. 5 hours of ride time
Durablue +4 rear axle with durablue sprocket holder
+2 each side front A-arms
Lone Star swing arm
Skid plates for both swing arm and engine
Polished AC grab bar
Polished front bumper
K&N air filter With outerware pre-filter
Polished DG alloy nerf bars
Renthal handle bars
Works triple rate front shocks with remote res set up for 170lbs rider
Rebuilt rear shock with Gold something valveing
I have but not pictured a full set of shockwares shock covers
New ball joints No time
New tire rod ends 30hrs
Polished front brake res cover
New chain slider
New steering stem bushings
Keihin flat slide carb with tons of jets for smmer-winter rideing
FMF fatty pipe
FMF powercore II slincer
Polished rad shroud
The engine was totally rebuilt useing all factoy parts 3 years ago. New trans and bearings, New crank, New blancer bearings ect.
New .080 wisco pro lite piston 20 min of run time. (I dident rejet for the 7 degree temps that day and found out the hard way)
New cranks seals OEM HONDA 20 min
Pro design head with 19cc dome
Boyesen reeds (Pedals were replaced last year)
New stator
I have always used Klotz oil and Blue Engine Ice for coolent
