ok, it is the April 2009 edition in the Letters section...check page 25 and look closely at the posters hanging on the wall.

you got a bad page then. all the pics and working on that page is clear in my copy.

The poster is only about the size of the average pinky fingernail so I can see how it got overlooked. I thought it was funny. :p
