which head do i use?!

i am rebuilding my top end and have 2 cylinder heads. as you can see, one is dished out more than the other. my current set up is: .80 over with a spacer plate(88 cylinder), and a cometic (thicker) head gasket. i have thin (cr) headgaskets that i use on occasion. which head would be best to use with each setup? i dont want super high compression. thanks. run the one on the left with a CR style gasket.

ya run the one on the left it looks a little better in the dome. you should keep your comp at least 160-170 i would say if you want a good reliable pump gas motor.
