I searched and maybe I missed it but my clutch is a lot harder to pull than my buddies. I dont feel any binding and I tried to pull the leer on the motor by hand and it was pretty tight. Is it supposed to be tight at the motor ? I get arm pump within 5 minutes of riding.

Yes it is hard on the motor side. When its hard at the lever it is usually the cable. Clean or replace it and see if that makes a difference, it probably will.

i had the same problem on my 416. turned out the clutch cable was too close to my HMF header pipe and had melted the inside rubber of the cable and caused it to be real stiff. try a new cable

Yep, mine got to close to the header and did the same thing.

After I put a new one on im gonna put some heat resistant tape on the cable.
