What works well on these quads without going to a higher stem?

I did a little searching and it seems the most popular bend is CR Double High, but that's with a longer stem. I don't wanna have to get into that...

How tall are you? Taller people like the higher bars. I'm 5 9 and like the atv high bend, but can ride with any bend. Some of the bends are kinda close to each other, but I think you already know that if you did your home work. I think the CR Double High and atv high bend are kinda close, number wise. But I think the manufactures have different numbers for their bends, so to me its kinda confusing.

I'm only 5'8". I don't need anything too tall, but I want less sweep and at least the stock height, preferably a little more...

I went with the Pro Taper Atv high bend. Very comfortable, but I think that I will eventually go with a +1 stem also. I am 6' tall though.

i have the pro taper se low bend with 1.5 inch risers. it works good for me... my buddy just put on the pro taper se high bend with no risers and they are just a hair lower than mine.. id definitely go with the high bend... its more comfortable than stock position.

ATV high here:

But I pushed them forward to pretty much vertical, then didn't like how it was kind of a 'V' shape - hurt my wrists while riding. So I took a torch and heated up the bends on the bars and bent them nearly level with a cheater bar, wire wheeled the crud off, and repainted them. Much better. But I'm 6-04 and my knee was hitting the throttle with the stock bars on turns so I had to do something.

CR High Bend with a Trail tech clamp. that is what I have on my 400 and I am 6'1".

I have a trail tech clamp and a set of Tag T2 CR Hi Bend bars for sale. They were on my stepson 300EX. Which will bolt right up to the 400EX.

Here is a pic of mine

I may be interested in taking you up on that offer, but I have a silly question...

When moving up to 1 1/8" bars, do all of the accessories(throttle, etc.) still fit, or is there something special that needs to be done. I know it sounds stupid, but I've never used 1 1/8" bars before...

The bars are fat in the middle, and get small at the ends.

Yes they all fit. The middle of the bars where they clamp is 1 1/8" and at the ends for grips and throttle, master cylinder, etc they are 7/8"
