What all is involved in doing this? I'm not sure i need to do it in the first place. It starts up ok in the cold. I just have to give it a little throttle. On deacceleration it hardly makes a poping sound and it runs good. I have a powerbomb header and a T4 silencer and a uni filter with lid on. I also moved the needle up one notch and put a 160 main in her.

moving the clip up one will make it a little leaner. is this what you want? i moved my clip down one and it seems to run better in the cold. moving the clip one is the same as moving the needle down. as for the pilot, it is not that hard. if you have the carb off of the bike, take the float bowl off(the bottom of the carb). the pilot jet is in there.
