Rear shock?

My rear shock is very stiff. What can be done to soften it up? It's stock 86.

stiff??!?!? stock? haha wanna sell it? is it revalved? dang man the stockers are SOFT. but if you would like to soften it you can loosen the spring or turn the knob on the resivore to the soft side. which should be clockwise if i remember correctly.
