What does it take? Just need shorted vavle stems correct? Anything else? Would a tire shop carry shorter vavle stems or would i have to order them special? TIA

I don't think its possable. I think what they do is drill a new whole and plug the old one. I'm not sure though.

take the old valve stem out and put a knew one in there backwards. drill a hole on the opposite side and put a knew valve stem in it.

You do have to plug the old stem hole and make a new one on the other side. That being said DONT DO IT. it makes it handle bad, bump steer is multiplied 10x, and it puts more ware on your front end components. Its a terrible idea!!

It's cheaper in the long run to spend the money now and just get 4:1 Negative offsets

Agreed with all just buy a set of fronts instead of just messing up the stock ones. you have to drill a new hole and you could use a tube inside. Then just plug the hole on the other side though. steve

DING..........DING...........DING

Wait a minute. no problem running them in reverse...done it many times on lots of bikes.

The valve stem issue is no problem either. You don't need to re-drill either.

check out jjandaracing dot com they sell what they call their invisible valve stem. when you get to their site, look under "Other ATV Stuff" section.

Got em on all my bikes even with the stems on the outside. do it and your buds will ask "how do you inflate your ties" cause they wont see the fitting on the inside.

thanks.

the valve stems are a lil spendy, but I sure like the look of them missing from the wheels when installed.

i would still rather get new rims anyway. I use my stocks for going narrower places and when I want to use junk tires for roads and such. steve

go to your auto parts store get any vaulve stem take your front tires off flip your stock stem inside out and drill a new hole on the other side for the new one, fliping the old vaule stem inside out is the safe and best way to plug the old hole
