is this a good trade?

I have a 2003 400ex with nerfs, front bumper, white brothers CDI, k+n filter and aluminum breather box, full skids. has a few cracks in the plastics and runs good with new rings, timing chain and tentioner.
this guy wants to trade me a 2002 cr250 with 2 sets of fenders, new front tire one industries graphics ( look sic ) wiesco piston and rings new factory reed cage, has bark busters and pro taper bars looks real clean except a dent in the pipe. what do you guys think? are they even value wise because I want something different but if i decide that I don't want it I want to be able to sell it for about the same as the ex.
please let me know what you think because he is coming over this afternoon to trade.

01 and 02 are suppose to be the best years for that bike cause the power band is alot more friendly then the following years....in a heart beat.
