Figured I would start a thread on the new build for 2009. I would like to thank everyone for the help with this, Can-am, SF Racing, Columbia Motorsports, and most importantly my dad (Co_Racer).

For now, I just have a couple of pictures the night we picked her up! A couple weeks later I have started to receive my Can-am support products, and accessories, as well as the parts we will be running this year.

Just a few items we will be running:

Can-am factory race parts
Walsh suspension components
PEP front and rear suspension
Motoworks fuel management/intake/exhaust
DG Performance bumper/nerfs/grabbar
DWT wheels
Maxxis
Precision Pro steering stabilizer
Graphics by Spiked Ind.
Quadtech
Pro-Armor skids/killswitch

Can you take a pic of how the radiator guard mounts up? I have the race parts but haven't installed them yet and was wondering where to cut the plastic shrouds.

Are those the aluminum or the carbon fiber shrouds?

There should be paperwork included with the parts and it gives a good description of where to make the template.

It is 60mm back top/bottom where the black inset plastic is in the front.

I didn't get no paper work or templete, I was trying to figure this out last night. Can you put some close up pics and show us what your talking about better. My mounting holes didn't even line up that well on the 09. Thanks!

Im assuming thats a BRP race team louver made out of plastic and sheet metal.

I will take a few more pictures of how the shroud mounts up. It is a very easy install and cutting the plastics is done nice with a very sharp razor blade.

I have everything for the bike on hand and done, except for graphics!

How does the Can Am compare to your hybrids?

Still getting used to it, and working on different setups. All in all I would say a big improvement in weight and handling. This bike is very comfortable and I am adapting to its new riding style.
