310r Vs 350 Banshee

i was wondering if my 310r new esr cyclinder 39 mm carb v-forse 3 reeds k&n air filter an trx 5 pipe an 14-38 gearing would beat a 2001 banshee 350 with just fmf fatty pipes an stock gearing

It really depends on the rider....IMO. I raced a Banshee with my old cylinder (stock cylinder bored to a 260) and we ran neck -n- neck. I would say that you prob. would beat him. Just my 2cents....

I have a ESR330 and coming from a banshee with fmf fattys v force 3 and few other things if the riders are equal then you should be real close. I know my 330 would walk all over my banshee. And i don't even have this motor tuned just yet

he a better rider then me but just lil better he been riding 2 strokes for a very long time i started just 4 years ago

I've laid some whoopings on banshees with my trx and atc 250r. Both have 295pv's, 39 pwk's, cr reeds and cr igntions. I'm talking on the mx track, I don't know how it would stack up on a straight-up drag. Drag racing doesn't mean anything to me, as so whats fastest, most powerfull. I took alot of machines out on a mx track in my atc250r and atc200x, its all about rider and bike setup. Look at curtis sparks, back in the day, he'd beat 250's on mx, racing a 85 atc200x, using all of-the-shelf parts and taking time to get everything right.

if you are tuned right with the banshee it is very fast. when i had my banshee it beat everything in a drag. now that i got a 250r it just feels faster til im at peak rpm 6th gear. all things aside a 250r is just a much better and more reliable machine.
