I would invest in some suspension, it makes a world of difference.

Looks like you've got most of the goodies already, and It's had to tell from the pics, but if your swinger skid plate is still the stock one, then I'd say upgrade it to a aluminum .250 skid.
Chassis and A-arm skids can't hurt either.

Your front bumper looks bent, and that solid plate on it looks like it would block airflow to the engine. so either replace it, or straighten it and lose the solid plate.
The more airflow to the engine, the better.

After you upgrade your shocks, consider getting a good steering stabilizer.

And I'm always a big fan of the Sparks Advance key for any 400ex that is under 12:1 compression.

Since you already changed the muffler, I'm assuming that the airbox lid was removed, airfilter upgraded, and carb has been rejetted ?

if your into racing mx or maybe even xc you could get an axle and a-arms...i raced xc with 50" width and no problems

looks good,

you got to finish cutting the fronts, when looking at them from the rear view pic they look funky.

thanks for all the feedback guys! yea i removed the airbox lid when the pipe was put on and as far as the stock swinger plate goes i removed it along time ago cause it was bent but i was trying to find those plates that like mount to the rotor and sprocket like they put on the polaris trailblazers stock.
