440 kit have a ?

i'm going to buy a new crankshaft an going to put the 440kit on when i have the crankshaft put in do i have to or should i put in a new cam ???

if you are building the 440 kit then you have to get a new cam. with the stock cam that bike would run like ****....go with a hotcams stage 3 or you can try a mega-cycles cam. the mega-cycles are a bit pricey but make awesome power. also look into a 450r carb. it will really wake that 440 up
