One way to supress your appetite is to drink a bottle of water before every meal. The water will make you think you're full before you eat as much as you normally would. Trust me it works. Also eat supper early, try a salad. The lighter the better.

Another way is to eat the toddler meals. Yes toddler. Check the calories contained in each meal. My wife went to a weight loss doctor and he told her to cut her caloric intake to 1400 calories per day. She did and lost over 40 lbs in 6 months.

It takes dedication, I was a Drill Sergeant 1999-2002 and had a kid lose 76 lbs in 16 weeks. He watched his caloric intake and of course exercised. It can be done, it just takes dedication.

I lost 7lbs in one week just by not drinking sodas. Those things are loaded with calories....

Now I eat something small for breakfast because you have to eat breakfast to loose weight sucessfully. Then I skip lunch and eat dinner and I still do the walking and sit ups. It has been working very well for me and I am so much faster on my quad now.

this is not a good method, breakfast is not the only important meal.

you should be eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day

i agree....plus when you skip meals..you body adjusts over time to that smaller caloric intake so when your body takes in and extra meal for say out of your routine...it will view this as extra...

eat small meals...spread out over time...exercise..get in a routine...see a physical trainer if you have too..

I put on about 10-15lbs since last race season so I'm working my *** off to get rid of it for the new season. Drinking tons of water seems to help. I've been doing some biking/treadmilling when I get the time as well as a few weight days. Now that college is getting closer to an end it's crunch time for a lot of classes to cover material so my time is short so not too many gym days availble for me. Once race season is in swing I'll probably drop some weight, but extra baggage is no good.

Everyones body is different i think so some ppl may need different dietry. When i was in school i was over 300lbs. Not really "fat" lookin just a big husky person cause i ate alot but i done alot of hard labor around home too. right after graduation i went to work in a machine shop, easy work so i figured i would cut my eating back and my soda intake, i didnt work out at all. 6 months after graduation ppl i went to school with didnt recognize me. i was 105 lbs lighter. For some reason it just fell off and i have been the same weight ever since. Now im doing some weighlifting to turn that little extra flabby meat i still had left into muscle.
