How much snow is needed before you pull out the sleds? I was thinking about buying one but i am not sure it snows enough here to use it a lot......

I never got into it becuase winter only comes once a year and some years we don't even get snow. I would say 5 inches is ridable for a snowmobile. I really wouldn't go under that.

Im not sure because of that fact some times we get snow sometimes we dont. But I was thining if it doesnt snow I ride my 400ex if it snows I ride the snowmobile...... hmm 5 inchs isnt that much though...... Ill have to look at the weather station and see what we normally get :D

depends on the snow cause you can have 12 inchs of powder take i spin on the trails and have to put it away cause all the snow didnt pack it just got throughn out of the tail. Or you have have like 4-5 inchs of wet snow and be able to ride all year but id say that 4-5 inchs is the bare minumum
