Silencer noise?

What would the noise level be like on a new ESR Silencer (ideally the new one w/ spark arrestor) vs. my old (just repacked) Paul Turner? I don't want it to whisper, but it's just too damn loud now.

i just bought the new esr silencer. the non spark arrester one tho. It sounds soooo much better than my LRD silencer, but it was hollow!! It's alot quieter and has a much better tone, looks great too.
