I have a 400ec, 2003, I put a stage 2 hotcam on it, full curtis sparks exhaust lid off and choke removed on the stock carbureto. I have a 45 pilot jet and a 168 main. I think it needs more, it runs damn good. Not trying to brag I thought I might be able to help y'all with some of your questions. It runs good on top and mid. Not a wheelie monster which is a good thing, it seems that some if your jettings aren't enough. Every bike is different

oh i get it.....you have a 400ec.....oh haha foolish me....haha im jk man, have u up'd the stock compression to compensate for the stage 2 cam

Nice lets see some shots of an ec. It sounds intriguing. those are pretty common but sounds like a nice machine anyway. Lets see some pics of the 400 anyway and welcome to the site. there are tons and tons of great info floating through cyber space on here. Lots of great people too. Steve
