Dont know about the back but you can get a fiberglass repair kit with epoxy resin and cloth for 15 bucks at advanced auto so you can repair it from underneath and then cut it where you want to.

i am not sure, mine aren't cut. I would say you will get more spray when in muddy conditions. I know a kid that had his cut on his banshee and he did not get the big clumps while going but if he was on an atv route that was a road in rain or something he would get the spray in the face and body. I think they look cool but that is why I don't cut mine. I'm sure someone knows about this first hand since there are alot of cut fenders on here. Steve

I cut my fenders a few weeks ago. I even added +2 arms when I did this. Its so much better being able to see your tires. I get less or the same as I did before. Its a 4 wheeler. Dont ride in dirt if you dont wanna get it on you.

Also if you do alot of mud boggin your gonna get covered regardless. But I try to avoid mudholes, mudding is for the gay utility/redneck 4 wheelers.

yea i try to avoid mud holes too but thats also true dont ride unless u wana get dirty but i think im guna just shave them reg and then just like stitch it up with some zip ties lol guna have some battle woonds i think it looks prity kool if u do it right and not half *** since its just a small area

It does look cool with them cut. I say cut em. I like the look of the stock ones more than I do cut so I leave mine on. You will get muddy regardless of what you do so it doesn't matter. That is half the fun of going. The other is getting there. Have fun and use a dry erase marker to draw the lines you want to cut first I hear it is easier to do it that way or run some tape where you want to cut then clean them up nice with some fine sand paper or something. Post pics if you do it, steve

i have my front and rears cut and in the front yah you will get muddler but once you cut them you'll see it's worth it and with the less weight you can just leave the crack just as is to show people how you ride:D or go to wal mart and get a yellow quart of oil and drip some of the plastic on her to fix it and with the rear i cut mine in thr bottom corner and you get the same amount of mud as you did before

what do you mean whats better? i they were cut in the first place it prolly wouldn't of cracked, looks way cooler, it's easier on the mounting tabs, won't get saggy and flop when in mud, when in woods less likely to get them scratched up or riped off, you can see your wheels which i think is a big plus for me when riding on fallen trees, rocks, ruts, ect and here is a picture of the rears cut.....NOT MINE

a good little trick a really old guy showed me.... drill a small hole right at the end of the crack and it will stop the crack from continuing. i did it to two of my cracks and it hasn't went anywhere from there. that was about two years ago.
and i wish i could show a pic of my quad. the person i got my quad from cut the front plastics in a way that you can overlay the cut fender on the shorty fender and re-attach if it's gonna be muddy and take off when it's just dirt. two bolts with flat phillips heads showing on top and that's all you see. it was pretty simple but i thought. ****. why didn't i think of that. still to this day haven't seen another like mine.
