Hey guys, first of all I would like to thank this community for such a great Outlaw resource.

Has anyone had any luck with transporting there Outlaw 525 on the grab bar. I used to have a z400 and I never had any issues, but my brother tried it on his yfz450 and oil spilled into the airbox. I am not sure what the difference is, but I don't want to have to clean up a mess like that. Thanks!

Apparently the case vent tube may leak oil back into your box. At least that is what I heard. So I was told it would be better to not transport on the grab bar.

Find where your engine crankcase vents....that needs to be higher(when standing up) than the engine. Also prob shut fuel off

Has anyone on this forum had success with relocating the breather and transporting. I am just afraid oil will get somewhere it shouldn't.

YES! I have on a predator 500. Just find that breather hose that comes out of the engine(that is the only place oil can come out of)....and relocate it to be above the engine when the quad is stood on end(even if the relocate is temporary for the move).

The breather hose on the ktm motor is on the right front side of the motor. the blck tube that goes into the cases and it vents directly into the Carb. with the breater mounted on the front of the motor it would be the highest point when standing up. I have never had and oil leak out when standing on the grab bar. give it a try and see, should be ok.
