People on ebay are starting to piss me off

This is the second time I've listed my cd player on there and it looks like once again the buyer is just going to not answer or pay me. This is getting pathetic and I have to wait like 2 weeks each time before I can relist!

I go to buy wheels and tires, talked to the guy on the phone and said we would meet up and he would call back letting me know what time. No call, I called him for a week at different times of the day. Yeap he went to jail, most likely for stolen ATV's.

I think payment should be within 7 days unless stated otherwise, I bought some hipers off a guy and he started freaking out on me that i didnt pay right away when his auction said nothing about immediate payment.
