parking brake block off plate leaking

Well guys I thought I had everything worked out on my wifes 300ex. I had my father in law make some front front fender brackets. While I was there I noticed something dripping under the rear skid. It is the block off plate. It is on tight. There looks like there is no gasket on it. Is there suppose to be one? If so where can I get one.

there's supposed to be an o-ring. you can get the o-rings on ebay. the old gasket for the parking brake would work too. might not want that to leak.
