shifting fix ?

Hey. my question is probably simple. but, I have a 2006 ltr450 it seems to have a shifting mind of its own. worse in the higher gears. 1st is ok sometimes shifts down on its own. most noticable is 4rth to 5th. up shifts on its own. 3rd is ok. Is this part of the shift pin probem? or should I look for some other culprit?

ive never heard of it shifting by itself i doubt it is. the 06 and 07 ltr have a false nutreul that can only be fixed by puttin all 08 gears in it

i have an 08 and it dose that with 2nd and 1st...... never have a problem thoe with higher gears
