i have a curtis sparks built yz85 cylinder that is now a 90cc, he also bored carb to 30mm with high comp head, like new about one hour on piston. if iterested let me know, ill send pics if interested. would run GREAT with your pipe.

would it be possible to get some specifics on the rad. like, dimensions and such. i want to see how close it is to a 250r style rad. hopefully not as as it sits in the frame. i.e. top of frame to bottom.

that is awesome how your making a custom hybrid, but how can a little yz80 power a heavy 250x!! you might be better off rebuilding a 250x engine..

but hey man props for doing the good job, looks good

there are many reasons why he built that quad, reasons are i you look at the rules for racing alot of circuits have a age restriction. like my son he's 9yrs old but he fits a blaster, but that a 200cc mtr. in our circuit he can not run anything over 90cc, so thats why i am almost done with his yz85 powered blaster. once he can go up in engine size we will put a bigger mtr in it.

well in that case its a great build with a good cause!
