Hello all, been riding for 26 years but im new to this mini quad stuff. Just sold a nock off 70 a bought a few years ago and im going to look at an extreme 90 next week for my son.

The add says bone stock, '07 with no mods. pics look good but we all know how that goes! Any who, I was wondering if there is anything specific i should check before making a purchase.

also, he as asking 1200 for the quad, does that sound to be in the ball park??

Thanks for the help guys!

Price seems a bit high for 07 stock 90...even if it is in perfect shape to me...

I've seen the 125's selling under that. But those also have to be shipped. I'd try to give him 800/900 and see if he takes it. You'd probably be better off getting your boy the 125 depending on how big he is. I got my son his when he was 6 and only about 45pds.

Yeah I wasnt planning on offering full price. I was gonna go 1000 but maybe i'll drop that a bit.

As for the 125, I cant find any remotely close to my area that are used. If i get the 90 ill have it modded by this fall im sure!

Thanks for the info guys.

One more thing, where is the best place to gertr parts for these? tires and so on.

I'm not sure about the tires. Quite a few online places sell them and I have seen them on ebay. Really all you have to do is google carlisle tires and the size and they'll pop up. I get my parts from some of the PitBike dealers. That's all the motor is in these things. Check your PM's.

SSR is also a pitbike dealer. I haven't heard anything about that quad but they make some nice pitbikes.

Cant find much abou them on the web, but I'll keep it in mind if I dont get a good deal on the xtreme. However, if I can get it for a grand or less xtreme it is, sorry man, just read alot about them and not about the SSR's.
