Reinstalling the clutch on an 03 400ex.

What do we torque the 5 bolts on the inner hub to? The ones with springs behind them?

Thanks

the clutch spring bolts will only go in so far...tighten in a criss cross pattern until the bolts bottom out.

There is no torque spec for the clutch spring bolts. Like Sanddraging28 said, tighten them in a criss cross pattern in several steps until they bottom out, then ever so slightly snug them up...the spring pressure will prevent them from backing out don't worry. Don't tighten any more than that, the bolts can snap or you can crack the inner hub very easily if you do. I like to use a small 1/4" ratchet and choke up on the handle to limit the torque.
