Cam Chain and Tensioner

I think this has been asked before but I cannot search CRF because its too short. But Im getting the CRF timing chain and I have seen where some say to get a new tensioner. Well do you get a new 400 tensioner or one off a CRF? Thanks

for the search thing type in crf*

but for the tensioner you just use the stock one.
