Mine does that too!

I wrapped my coolant line with HEADER WRAP. (fireproof cloth)

I wrapped mine with sicky sided aluminum wrap. Then a piece of thin header wrap!

Seen Ballances 250R back in the day at Ironman. He had his the sameway.

you can get it to clear, but not with the mounts provided, I had to make spacers for the silencer to move it over and carefull bending of the pipe mount strap. It takes a little time but can be done the pipe will be close to the frame at the bend in front of the silencer. You will also need some heat tape on your plastic depending on what silencer your running. then again, you could just heat tape the rad hose and forget it,:D . Hope I helped, Lonny

I put a radiator hose(cut in 1/2) over the hose that it rubs on and zip-tied it. I check on it and it was no burning marks on it. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Yes, the sliencer can be kinda hard to mount up right. I cut a piece of metal and drilled 2 holes in it. So, its kinda a adjustable bracket.

Its on a 88 with a esr 330 that pipe seems kinda short so maybe theres no enough slack in the hose because its pinching the line quite a bit. I'll put a longer hose on and wrap it. Thanks everyone for the help.
