Im trying to put a new chain on but it seems like my old chain doesnt have a master link so i cant get it off. Is there something im missing here? I have never seen a chain that doesnt have a master link.

The OEM chain doesn't have a master link.
You can either grind the end off one of the pins and punch it out or just cut the chain off.

Or take your swingarm off.

lol whats wrong with the OEM chain? It's a DID o-ring.
Better then what most people replace them with.

i have an 04 with the original chain on it still. the sprockets are getting worn now so it'll be time for a new chain and sprockets.
